Caldecotte Xperience require all our members to carry a photo membership card while on site
Please use this form to upload a recent photograph of your face, with your details
You can use a photo from your camera as long as it is clear, it will be edited down to the correct size
Please don't make the photo too large, we only get 100Mb of free storage in total
We are asking for address details now as it is a good opportunity to check against our records, to make sure they are up to date.
